Hello everyone! I just wanted to update you on something new that I have added to my Project Done business.
I have added a new remodeling consultant service to Project Done. I am still your bookkeeping and organizing service but I have found the need to use my construction background to help you save money on remodel, repair or maintenance projects that you might have now or in the future.
If you have ever had your home worked on, you know that it can be a time consuming job and having someone who knows the industry is key to getting your project done on time and within your budget.
I am speeding up the process by finding skilled contractors to meet your home remodeling needs. My attention to detail saves you money and keeps your project on track from start to finish.
As a Project consultant, I interview, screen and hire contractors, collect bid proposals, and set the project timeline and budget. Everything is submitted to you for final approval.
When the project begins, I will be the contractor’s point of contact for day to day needs while work is in progress. Any changes will be approved by you before any additional expenses are incurred. I will be in contact by email or phone every day to go over the highlights and get your opinion on any changes that might be needed.
I am onsite daily to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues that arise. My work as a project consultant ensures the remodel project runs efficiently so that the experience seems effortless.
There is no need to overpay for your home maintenance and finding the best talent for the job and holding them accountable for the work that they do is so important but can also be stressful! I have always worked as the bookkeeper for contractors so I see what happens after the fact, and I feel that it is time to get in there and use my budgeting and management skills to our advantage.
A general contractor is an important person in this trade but they come at a price and they have overhead to account for. I could give you a recommendation if you are more comfortable with this route or feel that this makes more sense for your project. However, if you want to work as your own owner/builder and hire skilled independent contractors, you will save money on labor and markup by hiring me as your project consultant.
If you or someone you know is planning a home repair/maintenance project, please contact me – I am here to help!
Live Your Passion, Angie
